Ingredients
- 1 lb. (1 pkg.) Mahatma saffron yellow rice
- 30 oz. (2 cans) corn, whole kernel (undrained)
- 15 oz. (1 can) Mexicorn
- 8 oz. (1 pkg.) cream cheese
- 10 oz. (1 can) soup, cream of chicken
- 2 c. cheese, shredded
Method
- Cook rice according to package directions.
- Mix together with rest of the ingredients.
