Ingredients

  • 1 ounce Lipton Recipe Secrets savory herb with garlic soup mix (1 envelope)
  • 13 cup melted margarine or 13 cup butter
  • 1 cup plain breadcrumbs
  • 2 lbs large red potatoes, cut lengthwise into wedges

Method

  • Preheat oven to 400.
  • In large bowl, blend soup mix with margarine.
  • Place bread crumbs in small bowl.
  • Add potatoes to soup mixture and toss until evenly coated.
  • In 15x10x1-inch jelly roll pan sprayed with no-stick cooking spray, arrange potatoes in single layer.
  • Bake 40 minutes or until potatoes are done.
