Ingredients
- 1 large mango, peeled and sliced
- 1 pt. red raspberries, reserve several for garnish
- 1/8 c. packed fresh mint leaves, reserve 2 or 3 leaves
- 1 c. ice
- 1/4 c. water
- 2 tsp. sugar
- freshly whipped cream
Method
- In a blender, combine and liquify the mango, raspberries, mint, ice, water and sugar.
- Pour into 2 or 3 wine glasses. Layer the whipped cream on top.
- Top with raspberries and a mint leaf.
