Ingredients

  • 2 cup dry pasta, shells (you can use whatever kind you like though)
  • 8 oz can of young peas, drained (I just use thawed, frozen sweet peas)
  • 2/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 packages Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix
  • 3 -4 baby carrots, shredded
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 bacon bits (real or imitation)

Method

  • Bring water to a rolling boil in a saucepan.
  • Add shell pasta and carrot shreds.
  • Boil, uncovered, for 10 minutes.
  • Drain pasta and carrots, and rinse under cold water.
  • In a medium bowl, mix together the peas, the ranch packet, bacon bits, onion powder, and mayo.
  • Add pasta and carrots.
  • Stir together until everything is coated.
  • Chill and serve.
