Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/4 c. parsley
- 16 oz.linguini
- 1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 6 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp. salt
- dash of garlic powder
- dash of pepper
Method
- Saute mushrooms and onions in butter and water until tender. Add lemon juice and seasonings.
- Cook linguini as directed on box. Drain.
- Serve sauce hot over linguini.
- Makes 4 generous servings.
