Ingredients

  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/3 c. chopped onion
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 roll garlic cheese
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 c. cooked rice
  • 1 c. Ritz crackers

Method

  • In saucepan, place 1/2 stick butter, salt, onion, water and broccoli; cook until dry.
  • Add celery soup, garlic cheese, milk and cooked rice.
  • Cook on low heat until cheese melts.
  • Put in 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
  • Top with Ritz cracker crumbs and 3 tablespoons butter.
  • Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
