Ingredients
- 2 c. raisins
- 2 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/3 square margarine
Method
- Bring raisins, water and lemon juice to a boil and boil for 5 minutes.
- Mix the sugar and flour and stir into boiling raisin mixture. Cook until clear and thick.
- Stir in the margarine and blend until melted.
- Pour into unbaked pie shell and cover with top shell. Bake at 425° for 25 minutes.
