- 1 tsp. canola oil
- 4 oz. boneless pork loin roast, cut into thin strips King Sooper's 1 lb For $1.99 thru 02/09
- 1 carrot, peeled and sliced Target 2 lb For $3.00 thru 02/06
- 1 Tbsp. KRAFT Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
- 1 Tbsp. hoisin sauce
- 1 Tbsp. chopped green onion
- 1/2 cup hot cookedinstant brown rice
- 8 fl oz (1 cup) drinking water
Method
- Heat oil in a medium skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add pork and carrots; cook 5 min.
- Stir in dressing and hoisin sauce.
- Cook 7 min.
- longer, or until carrots are crisp-tender.
- Add onions; cook 1 min.
- Serve immediately over rice.
