Ingredients
- pastry for 9-inch pie
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 2/3 c. raisins
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- whipped cream (optional)
Method
- Roll pastry to 1/8-inch thickness on a lightly floured surface.
- Place in a 9-inch pie plate; trim off excess pastry along edges.
- Fold edges under and flute.
- Prick bottom and sides of pastry with a fork.
- Bake at 450° for 3 to 5 minutes; remove from oven.
- Cool.
