Ingredients
- 1 can golden mushroom soup
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/2 green pepper, sliced
- 1/4 c. minced dry onions
- about 5 carrots, diced
- 8 thin cut pork chops
Method
- Brown chops in skillet in about 1 tablespoon oil.
- Add green pepper, onions and carrots.
- Pour in water and spread soup over top.
- Bring to a boil, then simmer for 30 minutes, covered.
- Serve with rice.
