Ingredients
- 4 to 6 lb. boneless turkey breast (chicken)
- 6 eggs
- 1/4 c. milk
- 3 to 4 oz. A.1. steak sauce
- 1 c. sifted flour
- 1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. ground garlic (no salt)
Method
- Slice turkey (chicken) breast into nuggets, whatever size is desirable.
- Wash meat thoroughly in cold water.
- Mix eggs, milk and A.1. steak sauce.
- Egg whites may be separated if desired. Marinate nuggets in batter for 2 to 3 hours.
