- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 2 c. coarsely chopped cabbage
- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. mixed vegetables
- 1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes, drained
- 2 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 c. water
- 1 c. shelled macaroni
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Method
- Brown ground beef.
- Add all other ingredients except macaroni and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Remove from heat.
- Sprinkle each serving with Parmesan cheese.
