Ingredients
- 1/2 cups Pecan Halves
- 1/4 cups Hazelnut Pieces
- 1/2 cups Soft Dates
- 1/4 cups Cocoa Or Cacao Powder
- 1/4 cups Dessicated Coconut Flakes
- 3 Tablespoons Pure Maple Syrup
- 1 Tablespoon Milled Flax
- 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
- Your Desired Toppings Or Coating
Method
- Place pecans and hazelnut pieces in your food processor. Grind until they are medium/fine pieces. Add remaining ingredients and process until a very thick dough-like consistency is formed.
- When complete, remove S-blade carefully, and using a spoon, spoon out some of the mixture into your hands and roll into uniform balls one by one. Place each completed hazelnut fudge bite onto a piece of parchment paper.
- After all bites are rolled into ball shapes, sprinkle coconut, carob/cacao powder, sprinkles, or whatever topping you desire onto the parchment paper and gently roll each fudge bite into mixture until they are all coated.
- Store in refrigerator until ready to serve.
