Ingredients

  • 1/2 cups Pecan Halves
  • 1/4 cups Hazelnut Pieces
  • 1/2 cups Soft Dates
  • 1/4 cups Cocoa Or Cacao Powder
  • 1/4 cups Dessicated Coconut Flakes
  • 3 Tablespoons Pure Maple Syrup
  • 1 Tablespoon Milled Flax
  • 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
  • Your Desired Toppings Or Coating

Method

  • Place pecans and hazelnut pieces in your food processor. Grind until they are medium/fine pieces. Add remaining ingredients and process until a very thick dough-like consistency is formed.
  • When complete, remove S-blade carefully, and using a spoon, spoon out some of the mixture into your hands and roll into uniform balls one by one. Place each completed hazelnut fudge bite onto a piece of parchment paper.
  • After all bites are rolled into ball shapes, sprinkle coconut, carob/cacao powder, sprinkles, or whatever topping you desire onto the parchment paper and gently roll each fudge bite into mixture until they are all coated.
  • Store in refrigerator until ready to serve.
