Ingredients
- 1 can pineapple chunks (15 1/4 oz.)
- 1 (16 oz.) can chunky fruit (cocktail or mixed)
- 1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding and pie filling
- 3 Tbsp. orange juice
- 2 large bananas, cut up
Method
- Drain pineapple and mixed fruit; save pineapple juice only (about 1 cup).
- Put fruit cocktail and pineapple together.
- Empty pudding in a bowl.
- Mix pineapple juice into the dry pudding mix. Add orange juice and blend.
- Combine pudding mixture with the fruit and pineapple.
- Add the bananas.
- Chill.
