Ingredients

  • 1 can pineapple chunks (15 1/4 oz.)
  • 1 (16 oz.) can chunky fruit (cocktail or mixed)
  • 1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding and pie filling
  • 3 Tbsp. orange juice
  • 2 large bananas, cut up

Method

  • Drain pineapple and mixed fruit; save pineapple juice only (about 1 cup).
  • Put fruit cocktail and pineapple together.
  • Empty pudding in a bowl.
  • Mix pineapple juice into the dry pudding mix. Add orange juice and blend.
  • Combine pudding mixture with the fruit and pineapple.
  • Add the bananas.
  • Chill.
