Ingredients
- 1 box powdered sugar
- 1/2 c. cocoa
- 1/4 c. evaporated milk
- 1 stick butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Method
- Lightly grease an 8 x 8-inch dish and set aside.
- Sift cocoa and sugar.
- Slice butter onto cocoa mixture.
- Pour on evaporated milk.
- Cook in microwave 2 minutes on High (maybe 30 seconds longer).
- Pour into mixing bowl and add vanilla and nuts; stir. Pour in greased dish.
- Refrigerate until firm.
