Ingredients
- 1 can biscuits
- 2 Tbsp. cinnamon
- 1 c. sugar
- oil
Method
- Separate biscuits.
- Press into flat round circles.
- Cut a hole in center.
- Heat oil in small kettle.
- Drop biscuits, 2 at a time, into hot oil, turning once.
- Fry to golden brown.
- Remove and place on paper towel.
- As soon as they drain, combine sugar and cinnamon mixture.
- Roll doughnuts in this while they are still warm.
- Continue to do so with doughnut holes and remaining doughnuts.
- May use sugar and cinnamon to your taste.
- You may also dip in melted butter before frying.
