Ingredients
- 2 1/2 lb. chicken pieces
- 3/4 c. soy sauce
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. water
- 4 cloves garlic
- pepper
Method
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Let sit for 10 minutes.
- Brown chicken on both sides. Pour soy sauce mixture and let boil. Simmer for 30 minutes.
