Ingredients
- 1 (17 oz.) can whole kernel corn
- 1 pkg. cream cheese
- 1 can diced green chilies
- 1/4 c. sliced green onions
- 1/4 c. chopped red pepper
Method
- Drain corn, reserving 2 tablespoons liquid.
- Combine reserved liquid and cream cheese in saucepan.
- Heat and blend until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Yields 4 to 6 servings.
