Ingredients
- 1/2 to 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Minute tapioca
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 8 to 10 medium peaches, peeled and sliced
- 1 (9-inch) pie crust
Method
- Combine dry ingredients and mix with peaches.
- Let stand for 15 minutes.
- Line pie pan with pastry.
- Fill with peach mixture.
