Ingredients

  • 4 single chicken breasts, skinned, boned and pounded slightly
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1/4 cup Kraft Catalina Dressing or KRAFT CALORIE-WISE CATALINA Dressing
  • 1/4 cup sherry
  • 1/2 cup seedless red or green grapes
  • 2 cups hot cooked rice

Method

  • SAUTE chicken in margarine over medium-high heat about 4 minutes per side or until browned and tender.
  • POUR over combined dressing and sherry; add grapes.
  • Heat through, turning chicken once.
  • Serve over rice.
  • MICROWAVE directions: Arrange chicken breasts in a round shallow casserole with thickest parts toward outer edges.
  • Omit margarine.
  • POUR combined dressing and sherry over chicken.
  • COOK covered at HIGH (100%) 6 or 7 minutes, turning chicken at half time.
  • Test for doneness.
  • ADD grapes, cover and let stand 5 minutes.
  • Serve over rice.
