Ingredients
- 1 large can apricot halves, drained (reserve juice)
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 eggs
Method
- Mix and
- cook the apricot and lemon juice, sugar, flour and eggs
- until
- thick.
- Set
- aside
- to
- cool. Place
- apricot halves in a dish, then the sauce, then grated cheese and nuts. Repeat.
