Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 2 c. potatoes, sliced thin
- 2 medium onions, sliced
- 1 can tomatoes, undrained and chopped
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 c. water (more, if needed)
Method
- Combine oil and beef.
- Brown in Dutch oven.
- Add remaining ingredients and cook until onions and potatoes are tender.
