- 1 oz. cream cheese
- 1 lb. medium shrimp
- 1 bell pepper
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 16 oz. can sliced mushrooms
- 1 tsp. Tabasco
- 1 pt. crab meat
- 1 stick butter
- 1 large onion
- 2 ribs celery
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 Tbsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 3 c. cooked rice (1 1/2 dry)
Method
- Melt cream cheese and butter in double boiler. Saute shrimp, onion, pepper and celery in 2 tablespoons butter. Mix all together and put in 3-quart casserole dish. Top with grated cheese and cracker crumbs. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes, until bubbly. Allow to stand for a while before serving. Freezes well before baking. Serves 8.
