Ingredients
- 5-8 lb. potatoes, diced
- 10 hard boiled eggs, diced
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- mustard
- 6 stalks of celery, diced
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1/2 c. pickle relish
- Salad dressing (not mayonnaise)
- celery seed
Method
- Peel, cook and dice potatoes.
- Sprinkle sugar and celery seed on potatoes; add little bit of mustard to potatoes.
- Combine onion, pickle relish, celery and salad dressing; mix well.
- Add mixture to potatoes and refrigerate.
