Ingredients

  • 1 lb 93% lean ground beef
  • 14 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 14 teaspoon salt
  • 14 teaspoon pepper
  • cooking spray
  • 2 (4 ounce) cans mushrooms
  • 14 cup chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 2 tablespoons cooking wine
  • 1 (12 ounce) jar fat free beef gravy

Method

  • Combine first 4 ingredients; stir well.
  • Shape mixture into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.
  • Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; place on medium heat until hot.
  • Add patties; cook 4 minutes on each side or until done.
  • Remove patties from skillet and set aside.
  • Increase heat to medium-high.
  • Add mushrooms, onion, and thyme to skillet; saute for three minutes.
  • Add water, saute one minute.
  • Stir in gravy; return patties to skillet.
  • Cook two minutes or until thoroughly heated.
