Ingredients
- 1 Tablespoon Garlic
- 1 dash Red Pepper Flakes
- 3 teaspoons Black Olives
- 2 Tablespoons Capers
- 2 dashes Olive Oil
- 2 cans (10 Oz. Size) Rotel
- 1 pound Penne Pasta
Method
- Brown or saute garlic, red pepper flakes, olives and capers in oil for about 10 minutes, stirring a few times.
- While this is browning, put Rotel (drained) on medium heat.
- Then add garlic, pepper flakes, capers, olives to the Rotel.
- Mix, simmer for 10 minutes.
- Cook pasta as directed on box/package.
- I use penne but any choice of pasta will do.
- Drain water from pasta, add sauce mixture to pasta, add your favorite bread and enjoy.
