Ingredients

  • 1 Tablespoon Garlic
  • 1 dash Red Pepper Flakes
  • 3 teaspoons Black Olives
  • 2 Tablespoons Capers
  • 2 dashes Olive Oil
  • 2 cans (10 Oz. Size) Rotel
  • 1 pound Penne Pasta

Method

  • Brown or saute garlic, red pepper flakes, olives and capers in oil for about 10 minutes, stirring a few times.
  • While this is browning, put Rotel (drained) on medium heat.
  • Then add garlic, pepper flakes, capers, olives to the Rotel.
  • Mix, simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Cook pasta as directed on box/package.
  • I use penne but any choice of pasta will do.
  • Drain water from pasta, add sauce mixture to pasta, add your favorite bread and enjoy.
