Ingredients
- 2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. butter or margarine
- 1 c. nuts, chopped (optional)
- 6 bananas
- 3 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
- 2 c. milk
- 1 qt. vanilla ice cream
Method
- Make crumbs of first 4 ingredients.
- Bake on cookie sheet 15 to 20 minutes in 375° oven. (Watch carefully.)
- Place half of mixture in bottom of 9x13 inch pan.
- Slice 3 bananas over crumbs. Mix pudding with milk.
- Beat thoroughly.
- Add ice cream and blend well.
- Pour over bananas.
- Top with 3 more bananas and remaining crumbs.
- Refrigerate 12 hours or overnight.
