Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. dry yeast
- 1 1/2 c. warm water
- 1 Tbsp. powdered milk
- 4 to 4 1/2 c. flour
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1 tsp. salt
Method
- Dissolve yeast in warm water.
- Add powdered milk, honey and salt.
- Add flour, a little at a time, until mixture forms a ball. Knead.
- Let rise 15 minutes.
- Divide into 12 balls.
- Roll each ball into bread stick.
- Place on a greased pan.
- Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with seasoning salt or garlic salt and Parmesan cheese, if desired.
- Let rise 20 minutes.
- In 400° oven, bake for 15 minutes.
- Makes 12.
