Ingredients
- 4 slices bacon
- 1/2 c. biscuit mix
- 1/3 c. margarine
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 3 eggs
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
Method
- Fry bacon until crisp. Drain and crumble.
- Beat eggs, biscuit mix, margarine, milk, salt and pepper until smooth.
- Pour into 9-inch or bigger pie plate or oblong baking dish.
- Sprinkle bacon and cheese over top.
- Press gently.
- Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
