Ingredients
- 4 to 6 chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 small box Ritz crackers (12 oz.)
Method
- Boil chicken breasts until done.
- Cool and cube.
- Melt 1/2 stick oleo and pour into glass casserole dish; add chicken.
- In separate bowl, mix sour cream and chicken soup.
- Pour over top of chicken. Crush Ritz crackers and pour over top of chicken.
- Pour remaining 1/2 stick oleo over crackers.
- Bake, uncovered, at 375° for 40 minutes.
