Ingredients

  • 4 to 6 chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 small box Ritz crackers (12 oz.)

Method

  • Boil chicken breasts until done.
  • Cool and cube.
  • Melt 1/2 stick oleo and pour into glass casserole dish; add chicken.
  • In separate bowl, mix sour cream and chicken soup.
  • Pour over top of chicken. Crush Ritz crackers and pour over top of chicken.
  • Pour remaining 1/2 stick oleo over crackers.
  • Bake, uncovered, at 375° for 40 minutes.
