Ingredients
- 1-3/4 cup Fat-free Half-and-half
- 1/4 cups Canned Pumpkin
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Flavoring
- 1/4 teaspoons Pumpkin Pie Spice
Method
- Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend well. Pour into an airtight container in the refrigerator to store.
- I usually use about 2 tablespoons per 6 ounce cup of coffee. You may add more or less depending on how much pumpkin flavor you like. Add your favorite sweetener and enjoy!
