Ingredients
- 1 3/4 c. egg substitute, slightly beaten
- 1 1/2 c. mashed, cooked pumpkin
- 1 1/2 c. evaporated skim milk
- 1/3 c. water
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/3 c. granulated sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
Method
- Mix all ingredients together well.
- Put mixture in souffle dish.
- Set souffle dish in a pan of hot water.
- Place in 350° preheated oven.
- Bake 1 1/4 hours or until knife inserted in middle of mixture comes out clean.
- Chill before serving.
