Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. pumpkin
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 c. white sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 1 1/4 c. evaporated milk
- 1 (9-inch) pie shell
Method
- Mix pumpkin and dry ingredients together.
- Add eggs and milk; mix well.
- Pour into pie shell.
- Bake at 425° for 15 minutes, then at 350° for 45 minutes.
