Ingredients
- 3 c. sugar
- 3 1/2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. allspice
- 4 eggs
- 1 c. water
- 1 c. oil
- 2 c. canned pumpkin
- 1 c. nuts, chopped
Method
- Grease and flour four 1-pound coffee cans.
- Mix dry ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.
- Mix wet ingredients in another bowl and combine until smooth.
- Add nuts and bake at 325° until toothpick comes out clean, about 45 minutes to 1 hour.
