Ingredients
- 3 c. sugar
- 1 c. cooking oil
- 4 eggs
- 3 1/2 c. flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. raisins
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 2 c. cooked pumpkin (canned)
- 2/3 c. water (from raisins)
Method
- Prepare raisins; simmer for 1/2 hour, covered with water, then use this in recipe.
