Ingredients

  • 24 each beef patties (80/20), 8 oz. each
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 24 slices cheddar cheese slices (1/2 oz.)
  • 24 each brioche sandwich rolls, split
  • 1-1/2 cups unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cups A.1. Thick & Hearty Steak Sauce
  • 24 leaves leaf lettuce leaves
  • 6 each tomatoes, cut into 8 slices King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
  • breaded jalapeno pepper slices, fried
  • 3 cups guacamole

Method

  • Season beef patties with salt and pepper.
  • For each serving: Cook 1 beef patty on medium-high heat 6 min.
  • on each side or to medium (160 degrees F), or desired doneness.
  • Top with 1 cheese slice; continue cooking just until melted.
  • Meanwhile, brush cut sides of 1 roll with 1 Tbsp.
  • butter; toast on griddle.
  • Spread each cut side of roll with 1 Tbsp.
  • steak sauce.
  • Top bottom half of roll with 1 lettuce leaf, 2 tomato slices, burger, 1/2 oz.
  • jalapeno slices and 2 Tbsp.
  • guacamole; cover with top of roll.
