Ingredients

  • 2 c. pretzels (not too fine)
  • 3/4 c. melted butter
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 oz. cream cheese
  • 9 oz. Cool Whip mix
  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, not thawed
  • 2 c. boiling water
  • 1 large box strawberry jello

Method

  • Mix together crushed pretzels with butter and sugar. Bake in a greased pan at 400° for 8 minutes.
  • Beat cream cheese and sugar together until creamy.
  • Add Cool Whip mix. Spread on first layer. Mix frozen strawberries with strawberry jello and boiling water. Let thicken a little.
  • Spread on second layer. Chill good before serving.
