- 2 c. coarsely crushed beer pretzels
- 2 pkg. (3 oz. each) cream cheese
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jell-O
- 2 pkg. (10 oz. each) frozen strawberries
- 3/4 c. melted margarine
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 (8 to 9 oz.) container frozen whipped topping
- 2 c. boiling water
Method
- Stir together pretzels, margarine and 3 tablespoons of sugar. Press onto bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Bake in 350° oven for 15 minutes and then cool.
- Combine the cream cheese and 3/4 cup sugar. Mix well.
- Fold in whipped topping.
- Spread over pretzel crust and then chill.
