Ingredients

  • 2 c. coarsely crushed beer pretzels
  • 2 pkg. (3 oz. each) cream cheese
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jell-O
  • 2 pkg. (10 oz. each) frozen strawberries
  • 3/4 c. melted margarine
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 (8 to 9 oz.) container frozen whipped topping
  • 2 c. boiling water

Method

  • Stir together pretzels, margarine and 3 tablespoons of sugar. Press onto bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
  • Bake in 350° oven for 15 minutes and then cool.
  • Combine the cream cheese and 3/4 cup sugar. Mix well.
  • Fold in whipped topping.
  • Spread over pretzel crust and then chill.
