Ingredients
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/4 c. dry onion soup
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 2 c. soft bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 c. milk
Method
- Combine meat,
- cheese, soup
- mix,
- salt, nutmeg, bread crumbs and 1/2
- cup
- milk.
- Shape into
- about 40 small balls. Brown lightly in skillet.
- Cover
- and
- cook 20 to 25 minutes. Blend in flour into 2
- cups milk and 1/2 cup of the grease to make gravy.
