Ingredients
- 2 c. coarsely crushed pretzels
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 cube melted butter or margarine
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 large carton Cool Whip
- 2 small pkg. strawberry jello
- 2 c. hot water
- 2 small pkg. frozen strawberries
Method
- Mix the first 3 ingredients and pat into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake 6 minutes at 350°.
- Cool.
- Cream the cream cheese with 1/2 cup sugar and mix in Cool Whip.
- Spread on cooled crust.
- Dissolve jello with hot water.
- Add strawberries and let set until cool. Pour over cream mixture.
- May use raspberries in place of strawberries.
