Ingredients
- 1 c. crushed pretzels
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 20 oz. can crushed pineapple (save juice)
- 6 oz. Cool Whip
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Method
- Mix together first 3 ingredients and press into a glass dish 8 x 8 x 2-inches.
- Bake 10 minutes at 325°.
- Cream the cream cheese, sugar, crushed pineapple and Cool Whip; set aside.
- Take pineapple juice and cornstarch; cook until thick.
- Spread on top of crust and then spread cream cheese mixture on top of second layer.
