Ingredients
- 6 lb. onions
- 1 lb. jalapeno peppers
- 1 gal. catsup
- 3 c. sugar
- 3 c. vinegar
- salt
- allspice
Method
- Grind onions and peppers together.
- Add 1/2 cup water, if not enough juice.
- Bring to a boil.
- Add catsup, sugar and vinegar; bring to a boil.
- Use salt and allspice to taste.
- Bring to a boil again and put into sterilized jars.
- Process in hot water boiling bath for 15 to 20 minutes.
