Ingredients
- 1 c. soft butter or margarine (2 sticks)
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 tsp. flavoring (almond or vanilla)
- 2 1/2 c. flour, sifted
Method
- Mix thoroughly the first 4 ingredients.
- Then work in the sifted flour.
- Add additional flour, if needed, to make dough stiff enough to go through cookie press.
- Drop onto ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 400° for 7 to 10 minutes, just until cookie dough is set but not browned.
- Remove on cookie rack.
- Store in closed container.
