Ingredients

  • 1 piece Cabbage
  • 50 milliliters Mizkan vinegar rice
  • 10 grams Cane sugar
  • Cilantro
  • 30 milliliters Olive oil
  • 10 milliliters vegetable oil
  • 5 milliliters Sesame oil
  • 2 pieces Bay leaf
  • 10 pieces prawns
  • 1 piece White Onion
  • 25 grams Ginger
  • 2 pieces Lemongrass

Method

  • In wok, using the mix of oils, heat ginger and onion.
  • Cut cabbage and heat it, till it became soft.
  • Add the soy sauce and finely chopped garlic, bay leaf, crushed lemongrass. Shallow Poaching for 5-7 minutes
  • Add brown sugar, mizkan, prawns. Mix. As the prawns are ready, add chopped cilantro.
