Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 2 cans low-fat minestrone soup
- 2 cans tomatoes with chilies
- 2 c. pinto beans
- 2 c. frozen vegetables
- salt and pepper to taste
- garlic powder to taste
Method
- Brown beef with salt, pepper and garlic.
- Drain on paper towel.
- Put in Dutch oven.
- Add remaining ingredients and cook for 30 minutes.
