- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
- 16 oz. sour cream
- 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash browns
- 2 c. corn flake crumbs
- 1/4 c. butter
Method
- Mix all ingredients except corn flake crumbs and butter.
- Pour mixture into 13 x 9-inch buttered casserole.
- Mix melted butter and corn flake crumbs.
- Spread evenly over top of casserole and bake for 45 minutes at 350°.
