Ingredients
- 1 pkg. beef hot dogs
- 1 pkg. fresh baby carrots
- 1 medium cabbage
- 1 can whole potatoes
- 1 large onion, sliced
- salt and pepper
Method
- In a 5-quart stockpot cook cabbage in boiling water until tender.
- Add carrots, potatoes and onion.
- Cook until tender.
- Add hot dogs and add pepper.
- Cook until hot dogs are done.
- Salt to taste.
- Eat with cornbread.
