Ingredients
- 6 medium potatoes, cooked and peeled
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/3 c. chopped onion
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Method
- Cook potatoes in small amount of salted water until tender. Drain and refrigerate overnight (covered).
- Grate cold potatoes coarsely.
- Mix in remaining ingredients and bake in a shallow pan at 350° for 35 minutes.
