Ingredients
- 1 can chicken broth
- 1 c. chopped Irish potatoes
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. milk
- 1 to 4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- salt and pepper to taste
- thyme to taste
- 3 to 4 Tbsp. potato flakes
Method
- Bring chicken broth, potatoes, onion and milk to boil.
- Simmer 15 minutes, then add remaining ingredients.
