Ingredients
- 3 c. flour
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 c. cooking oil
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs
Method
- Sift together flour and yeast.
- Heat milk, oil, water, sugar and salt until warm.
- Using electric mixer, add liquid to dry ingredients.
- Add eggs.
- Blend with mixer until smooth, about 1 minute.
- Pour into three well-greased one pound coffee cans. Cover with lids and let rise to 1/2-inch from top of cans.
- Remove lids and bake 30 minutes in a 375° oven.
- Cool 15 minutes before removing from cans.
- Freezes well.
